3. Order Placement and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email/SMS. This does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

  • Price Adjustments: While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing may occur. If a product’s price is incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

  • Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Payment Terms

We provide multiple payment methods for the convenience of our customers in Bangladesh:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most locations. You agree to pay the exact amount to our courier partner upon receipt of the goods. Failure to pay may result in your account being blacklisted.

  • Digital Payments: We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major Debit/Credit cards. By choosing these methods, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment account.

  • Security: ASP Online Market uses encrypted gateways. We do not store your sensitive banking or mobile financial service (MFS) PINs.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided on our website. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Delays: External factors such as traffic conditions in Dhaka, political strikes (hartals), natural calamities, or courier partner delays may affect delivery schedules.

  • Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears tampered with, you have the right to refuse acceptance at the point of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of ASP Online Market or its content suppliers and is protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASP Online Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond such party’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, the elements, fire, flood, severe weather, earthquake, vandalism, accidents, or acts of God.
