Refund and Return Policy

At ASP Online Market, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.


1. The 7-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange for most items within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perishable food items: (Frozen products, vegetables, etc.)—These must be inspected at the time of delivery.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products: Unless the original seal is intact.

  • Personalized or customized items: Items specifically made to order.

3. The Return Process

We have simplified our return process into four easy steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team via phone or email. Please provide your Order Number and clear photos of the item (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  • Step 2: Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.

  • Step 3: Once approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a pickup from your location.

  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you immediately regarding the status of your refund.

4. Refund Methods

  • Digital Payments (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Cards): If your order was prepaid, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid via COD, we will process your refund via bKash, Nagad, or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Delivery Charges: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product), we will cover the return delivery costs. If the return is due to a “change of mind,” the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is damaged or missing items, you must report this to us immediately upon delivery.

  • Please take clear photos of the shipping box and the items received.

  • Note: We reserve the right to deny refund claims for missing items if they are not reported within 24 hours of the delivery time.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order has been handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you must follow the standard return process once the product arrives.
